There is a Card Room equiped with a regulation slate billiard table (25₵/game). Join our informal pool league, or just enjoy a private game. Pitch is played on Monday evenings, Michigan Rummy is played weekly in the afternoon, everyone is welcome!
Downstairs, a beautiful Community Room is available for rental by residents, for gatherings up to 125 people. Enjoy a game of ping pong on our full-sized table, anytime the hall is not in use.
Horseshoes and Corn Hole (toss game) are also available to residents in a shady area next to the community mail room.
Generously-sized Community Garden Plots are available to any resident ($10/year to cover rototilling done by staff). Water is available, and excess veggies are shared at the
garden sharing table where non-gardeners are always happy to enjoy an abundant harvest of fresh produce.
A community Campfire Pit is available to residents, as well. As the name suggests, other residents are always welcome to join in for some campfire fun.
At the end of the gardens, a wooden bridge crosses the brook leading to groomed walking paths that winds through the large field, past the pond, providing plenty of natural beauty along the way. Dogs and their owners, love it! Golf carts are also welcome on the trail.
